Vegan Gnocchi Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour plus more for dusting
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
