Experience
With over a decade of culinary experience, I have worked in various restaurants throughout California and Europe. My formal training took place in Florence, Italy, where I spent two years studying Italian gastronomy, wine oenology, and pastry arts.
I’ve written for numerous digital platforms such as Chowhound and The Daily Pilot and engaged in other freelance projects. My passion for food writing ignited when I covered Tuscan food culture for my university’s blog. Since then, I’ve immersed myself in the world of food writing and recipe development. In addition to food writing, I serve as an Executive Chef for high-end fashion brands in Italy and France.
