Roasted Chickpeas
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chickpeas
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Pinch sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
- 1 tablespoon mint leaves
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
