I am a chef turned writer, pouring my knowledge and passion for food and beverages into my writings. I hope to inspire people with food, and help them to realize that delicious food doesn’t have to be difficult to make.
Experience
Most of my food and beverage career has been in San Francisco, where I attended culinary school and learned to bartend. I spent almost 20 years there honing my craft. Everything from working at high end hotels, managing one of the largest and oldest sports bars in the city, to becoming a head chef at google. My experiences in kitchens,
bars, fine dining, and travel provide me with a unique palate that I enjoy sharing with others.
