Line a marble, wooden, or slate serving board with parchment or wax paper for easier cleanup and to prevent oil absorption.
Spoon peanut butter onto the center of the board. Using the back of a spoon or a small offset spatula, spread it into a thin, even layer, leaving a border around the edges for dippers. Create swirls and ridges in the peanut butter to hold toppings.
Evenly drizzle honey over the peanut butter. Sprinkle with streusel topping (or crushed cookies), peanut butter chips, and chocolate chips.
Place graham crackers, cookies, fruit slices, and any other dippers around the peanut butter center to fill in the edges of the board.
Serve immediately. For neater presentation, offer small spreader knives or spoons to scoop peanut butter and toppings onto dippers.
