Preheat your oven to 375°F and position the rack in the center.
Optional: Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil for easier cleanup.
Lay the bacon strips out flat on the baking sheet, close together but not overlapping.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Keep an eye on the bacon in the last few minutes to achieve your desired crispness.
Remove the bacon from the oven and transfer it to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess grease.
