medium sweet potatoes
peeled and sliced thin with a mandoline slicer

tablespoon
olive oil
1/4
teaspoon
garlic powder
1/4
teaspoon
onion powder
1/4
teaspoon
paprika
Kosher salt

Instructions
Place the sweet potato slices in cold water and soak for 20 minutes minimum.
Drain the sweet potatoes. Use paper towels to pat them very dry.
In a bowl, drizzle olive oil over the slices and sprinkle on the seasonings. Toss to combine.
Place the slices in a single layer in the air fryer. Air-fry at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Remove from the air fryer when the chips reach your desired level of crispiness. Work in batches as needed.
Enjoy with dipping sauce if preferred.
