Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned and the onions are soft. Drain any excess grease.
Transfer the beef mixture to a slow cooker.
Add the cubed cheese, sour cream, salsa, and taco seasoning to the slow cooker.
Stir everything together to mix well.
Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Serve warm with tortilla chips.
