Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried sage
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix together the ground pork, kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, dried sage, dried thyme, and brown sugar until well combined.
