1lbsalmon filletskin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes

2tablespoonslow-sodium soy sauce
1tablespoonhoney
1teaspoonsesame seeds
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce and honey until fully combined.
Add the salmon cubes to the bowl and gently toss to coat with the marinade. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Carefully place the salmon cubes in the skillet, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the salmon is golden brown and cooked through.
Transfer the cooked salmon bites to a serving plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
