Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups half-and-half
  • 3 tablespoons pumpkin purée not pumpkin pie filling
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons pure maple syrup add more to taste
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 3/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a medium saucepan, combine the half-and-half, pumpkin purée, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice. Whisk until smooth.

  • Place the saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is hot but not boiling, about 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat. Stir in the vanilla extract.

  • Let the creamer cool. Transfer to a container with a lid and store in the refrigerator for up to one week. Shake well before using.
