Ingredients
  

  • 1 batch pizza dough homemade or store-bought
  • 3-4 tablespoons steak sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 red onion sliced into strips
  • 1 bell pepper seeded and sliced into strips
  • 1 pound sirloin steak thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450°F.
  • Roll dough on a floured surface to a 1/2-inch thick shape that will fit on your baking sheet. Transfer dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • Spread a thin layer of steak sauce over the surface of the dough. Set aside.

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak and vegetables, and sprinkle with seasoned salt. Sauté, stirring frequently, until meat is browned on all sides. Do not overcook.

  • Scoop meat and vegetables evenly onto the prepared dough, leaving the liquid behind. Sprinkle cheese evenly over the top.

  • Bake in preheated oven for approximately 15 minutes, until cheese and crust are starting to brown. Slice and serve!
