Roll dough on a floured surface to a 1/2-inch thick shape that will fit on your baking sheet. Transfer dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread a thin layer of steak sauce over the surface of the dough. Set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak and vegetables, and sprinkle with seasoned salt. Sauté, stirring frequently, until meat is browned on all sides. Do not overcook.
Scoop meat and vegetables evenly onto the prepared dough, leaving the liquid behind. Sprinkle cheese evenly over the top.
Bake in preheated oven for approximately 15 minutes, until cheese and crust are starting to brown. Slice and serve!
