Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound fresh asparagus spears trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the asparagus spears to the skillet in a single layer, trying not to overcrowd them.
    Fresh roasted asparagus in a white skillet, ready to serve or cook.
  • Season the asparagus with salt and pepper.
