- 8 ounces cream cheese cut into pieces
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup hot sauce
- 3 cups shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup creamy ranch dressing
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1/3 cup blue cheese crumbles
In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the cream cheese and mozzarella cheese together, stirring frequently to prevent sticking.
Once the cheeses are melted and combined, stir in the hot sauce until the mixture is uniform.
Add the shredded chicken to the saucepan, mixing well to ensure the chicken is thoroughly coated with the sauce and cheese mixture.
Stir in the ranch dressing and chopped green onions, and continue to heat the mixture until it is hot throughout.
Transfer the hot dip to a serving dish, or keep it warm in a small Crock-Pot if desired.
Sprinkle the blue cheese crumbles over the top of the dip just before serving.
