Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl.
    Ground spices in a metal bowl on a wooden cutting board for cooking or baking.
  • Mix thoroughly until all spices are well blended.

  • Transfer the blend to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place.
