  • 4 cups shredded potatoes rinsed and drained
  • 2 large eggs lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Non-stick cooking spray for waffle iron

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your waffle iron to a medium-high setting.
  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded potatoes, eggs, flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until the ingredients are well incorporated.
