Ingredients
1box funfetti cake mixplus eggs, oil, and water, as directed in the package instructions
1/3cupvanilla frosting
24ounceswhite chocolate candy melts
1teaspoonvegetable oil
32lollipop sticks
1/3cuprainbow sprinkles
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch pan. Mix funfetti cake mix, eggs, oil, and water as instructed by the package.
Pour the batter into the pan and bake it until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 20 minutes. Allow the cake to cool completely, about 1 hour.
Use your hands to crumble the cooled cake in a large bowl. Gradually stir in the vanilla frosting until the mixture holds together.
Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the cake mixture and roll it into a ball about 1 inch in diameter. Place the balls on a tray and freeze for 30 minutes to firm up.
Melt the white chocolate candy melts and vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl using 30-second bursts and stirring between bursts until smooth.
Dip the tip of each lollipop stick into the melted chocolate and insert it halfway into a cake ball. Then, dunk each cake ball into the melted chocolate until fully coated.
Tap the cake pop to remove excess chocolate and sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles. Stand upright until the coating sets.
