Instructions
Gently rinse the strawberries under cool running water to clean them.
Using a small knife, remove the green stems and hulls.
Slice the strawberries into 1/4-inch thick pieces for even drying.
Arrange the slices on the dehydrator trays in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch each other.
Set the dehydrator to 135°F for fruits.
Dry for 7 to 10 hours until the slices are dry and leathery. Begin to check on them hourly after the 6-hour mark.
Allow the strawberries to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
