Ingredients
  

  • 4 teaspoons unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • Splash of vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chocolate chips plus more for sprinkling
  • Vanilla ice cream for serving (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a large mug, mix the melted butter with the brown sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well combined. Mix in the egg yolk until smooth.

  • Stir in the all-purpose flour until the mixture is smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips.
