Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips dark or milk chocolate
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil or vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the blueberries under cool water and gently pat them dry with a paper towel. Make sure they are completely dry.

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 20-30-second increments, stirring after each, until smooth and fully melted. Alternatively, melt the chocolate using a double boiler on the stove.

  • Incorporate the dry blueberries into the melted chocolate and stir gently for even coating.

  • With a spoon or fork, transfer small clusters of chocolate-covered blueberries to a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  • Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate has set.
