Ingredients
  

  • 2 vidalia onions
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup Maytag blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup panko crumbs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Slice the onions into thick slices. Brush both sides with olive oil.
    Thinly sliced onion rings on a white plate with olive oil in a small ramekin, ready for cooking or salad garnish.
  • Grill the onions until they have grill marks and start to soften.
