Ingredients
  

  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a bowl or jar. 
    Golden honey mustard vinaigrette in a clear glass jar, ready for salad dressing or marinade.
  • Mix it well with a fork or a small whisk. If you make it in a jar, seal the jar with a lid and shake the ingredients well. Store in an airtight container in the fridge until you're ready to use it. Let it sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes before use.
