Ingredients
  

  • 1 large ripe avocado peeled and pitted
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves

Instructions
 

  • Place the ingredients in a blender or food processor.
    Creamy avocado and lime in a food processor with fresh herbs and seasonings ready for blending.
  • Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides in between mixing. Add more water if you would like it thinner. Adjust seasonings as needed.
