Poppy Seed Chicken
Ingredients
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ tbsp poppy seeds
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 cup crackers
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a casserole dish.
- In a pan of hot water, boil the chicken on medium-high heat for 15 minutes. Let it cool, then cut it into cubes.
- In a bowl, combine the sour cream, soup, and parmesan cheese. Add the poppy seeds, dried parsley, and garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper. Combine the chicken cubes with this mixture and transfer them into the casserole dish.
