Ingredients
  

  • 1 English cucumber peeled and grated
  • 1 cup plain Greek Yogurt
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 Tablespoon minced fresh basil
  • 1 Tablespoon minced fresh mint
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions
 

  • Get as much water out of the grated cucumber as possible. Wrap in a kitchen towel and squeeze out excess water.
  • Add your strained yogurt or your Greek yogurt to a bowl.
    Fluffy whipped cream in a metal sieve with vanilla wafers on top.
  • Add olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, basil, mint, salt, pepper, and dry cucumber.
    Chopped herbs and vegetables in a glass measuring cup for a fresh baked recipe.
  • Stir to combine.
  • Chill for 2 hours before serving.
