In a small bowl, mix the vegan butter, minced garlic, parsley, sea salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spread the garlic butter evenly on the cut sides of the split bread. Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until lightly toasted.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. If desired, sprinkle with vegan Parmesan cheese when serving.
