Ingredients
  

The Dip:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups half and half
  • 1 package Black Pepper Boursin
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
  • 1/4 cup chopped pickled jalapeños

The Toppings:

  • cilantro chopped
  • pickled jalapeños
  • tomatoes chopped
  • green onions chopped
  • lots of tortilla chips to dip

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter and flour in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Let cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
