  • 1 pound pasta
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 2 Tablespoons flour
  • 3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • Pinch cayenne
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
