Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef 80/20
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Optional toppings: lettuce tomato slices, onion slices, pickles

Instructions
 

  • Divide the ground beef into four equal portions and roll each into a ball.
