Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef 85/15 mix
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.

  • Form the mixture into 1 1/2-inch meatballs.
