  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper optional
  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken tenders cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 bell peppers any color, sliced
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • Juice of 1/2 lime

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, chili powder, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to create the fajita seasoning.
