- 8 ounces imitation crab meat flaked
- 8 ounces cooked shrimp peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup celery finely diced
- 1/4 cup red onion minced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flaked imitation crab and chopped shrimp.
Add the diced celery and minced red onion to the seafood.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped dill, and Old Bay seasoning until smooth.
Pour the dressing over the seafood and vegetables. Gently toss to coat evenly.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld before serving.
