Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds sweet potatoes peeled and cut into 3/4-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Freshly chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato cubes with olive oil, salt, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and pepper until well coated.
