Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup canned pumpkin purée
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine pumpkin purée, vegetable oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
