Ingredients
  

  • 4 ounces unsalted butter
  • 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 1/4 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 2 pinches kosher salt

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper.
  • In a medium saucepan, combine the butter, sugar, and milk.
