Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 3/4 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
