- 1 cup fresh parsley finely chopped
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Combine the chopped parsley, mint, and minced garlic in a medium bowl.
Add the red wine vinegar, kosher salt, and red pepper flakes to the herb mixture and stir until well combined.
Gradually pour in the olive oil while stirring continuously to blend all the ingredients together.
Allow the chimichurri to sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld together.
