Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons unsweetened natural cocoa powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup hot water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and prep your mini cupcake pans with liners.

  • Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugars in a large bowl until well mixed.
