Ingredients
  

  • 2 blocks feta cheese cut into small cubes you could also use crumbled feta
  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 dash red pepper flakes I forgot to add them to my ingredient shot
  • the zest of one lemon
  • the juice of one lemon
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Add the ingredients to a bowl.

  • Cover the cheese with olive oil. Give it a taste. Does it need more lemon? Garlic? Salt or pepper? When you are happy with it, put in a bowl to serve and cover. When you are ready to serve, let it come to room temperature. You may need to season again after it has been chilled.
