Ingredients
  

  • 1 5-pound pork shoulder roast
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons coarse sea salt plus more if needed
  • 4 1/2 teaspoons liquid smoke

Instructions
 

  • Pierce the pork roast all over with a fork.

  • Rub the coarse sea salt evenly over the pork.
