Instructions
In a large bowl, combine chicken wings with jerk seasoning, salt, black pepper, olive oil, and lime juice. Toss to coat evenly.
Cover the bowl and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, to enhance the flavors.
Preheat your oven to 425°F.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the marinated chicken wings in a single layer on the rack.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the chicken wings are golden brown and crispy.
Serve hot, garnished with lime wedges, if desired.
