- 3 fresh jalapeños
- 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves and tender stems, roughly chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Remove the seeds from the jalapeños if you prefer a milder sauce, or leave them in for extra heat. Roughly chop the jalapeños.
Combine the chopped jalapeños, cilantro, garlic, Greek yogurt, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a blender or food processor.
Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Transfer the sauce to a container and refrigerate until ready to use.
