Ingredients
  

  • 3 fresh jalapeños
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves and tender stems, roughly chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Remove the seeds from the jalapeños if you prefer a milder sauce, or leave them in for extra heat. Roughly chop the jalapeños.

  • Combine the chopped jalapeños, cilantro, garlic, Greek yogurt, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a blender or food processor.
