- 1 pound large shrimp peeled, deveined, and patted dry
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
- Lemon wedges for serving
In a bowl, toss the shrimp with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder to coat evenly.
