Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets 4-6 ounces each, skin on
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Dry the salmon using paper towels, then season both sides with salt and pepper.

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and oil.

  • Evenly brush glaze on salmon.
