Ingredients
  

For The Hunan Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste

For The Chicken:

  • 1/2 pound boneless chicken thighs chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1/2 tablespoon ginger minced
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 bell pepper diced
  • 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds

Instructions
 

Make The Hunan Sauce:

  • Whisk all ingredients in a bowl and set aside.

Make The Chicken:

  • Combine the chopped chicken with the cornstarch and season with salt and pepper.

  • Heat the sesame oil in a nonstick pan over medium-high heat then add the chicken pieces. Stir-fry for 5 minutes. Add the minced garlic and ginger and sauté for 1 minute. Then add the vegetables and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

  • Add the Hunan sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
