Instructions
In a bowl, beat the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
Melt half the butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped ham and sauté until slightly browned, about 2 minutes.
Add the remaining butter to the skillet. Pour the egg mixture over the ham. Cook for a few minutes until the edges start to lift from the pan. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over half of the omelette.
Fold the omelette in half over the cheese. Let it cook until the cheese melts.
Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve hot with green onions and additional cheese sprinkled on top.
