Ingredients
  

  • 2 heads romaine lettuce halved lengthwise
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Brush the cut sides of the romaine lettuce halves with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
