Preheat your grill to a medium-high heat, around 375°F to 400°F.
In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Rub each chicken breast with olive oil and then evenly sprinkle the seasoning mix over all sides of the chicken.
Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on one side.
Flip the chicken over and continue to grill for another 6-7 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
During the last few minutes of cooking, brush the BBQ sauce over the chicken, coating it well.
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
