Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • Olive oil
  • Borsari salt or regular salt and pepper
  • balsamic vinegar
  • parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Clean asparagus, and trim stalks. Heat grill on high. Drizzle olive oil over asparagus. Season with Borsari salt.

  • Grill for 3 to 5 minutes, or until they are lightly charred and still crisp. Transfer to a plate and drizzle with balsamic vinegar and parmesan cheese.
