Ingredients
  

  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter divided
  • 4 large garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice optional
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • Kosher salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat 2 tablespoons of the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Be sure not to brown the garlic.
  • Add the remaining butter, lemon juice, chopped parsley, dried oregano, dried basil, and salt to taste. Stir until the butter melts completely and the ingredients are well combined. Serve warm.
